Continue to be attentive to the needs of the growing cultural and ethnic diversity of the SCBS student body
- Continue to evaluate and build upon the newly established English as a Second Language Program
- Establish a summer English immersion and enculturation program for internationally born students
- Continue to evaluate and identify new opportunities for increasing cultural competency within the seminarian and permanent deacon apostolate programs
- Continue to instill a sense of belonging and hospitality for all by celebrating various cultural traditions represented in the student body
