Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary received a letter from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education in which they informed the Seminary of our reaccreditation for an additional eight years. This accreditation decision comes in addition to our February accreditation by the Association of Theological Schools.
The Middle States accreditation is the result of an exhaustive self-study, prepared by members of our administration, faculty and staff, and a comprehensive visit by the accreditation team.
Special thanks to the Seminary’s internal team which worked very hard to prepare our self-study report and to coordinate the visit of the accreditation team. In addition, several members of our board, and many seminarians and friends also participated in the study.
This accreditation is a powerful statement about the quality of our program, the excellence of our faculty as well as the overall management of the seminary by our administrative staff.
