March 27, 2024 – In the Student Life Center, the statues of Our Lady and Saint Joseph from Saint Martin’s Chapel on the seminary’s Overbrook campus have been installed in the new Immaculate Conception Chapel. In the College Dormitory, the stucco has mostly been completed, the water tanks have been installed, and the elevator is being built. And in the Theology Dormitory, work has begun on the oratory space and a number of the dorm rooms.
March 15, 2024 – In the College Dormitory, one of the staircases has been built, outside stucco is currently being worked on, and a number of the shower stalls have been installed. For the Student Life Center, the chapel ceiling has begun to be painted, the brick work on the exterior of the building has been completed, and concrete has been poured for the loading dock. And for the Theology Dormitory, interior painting has begun.
March 10, 2024 – In the College Dormitory, the ground and first-floor walls will soon be completed and electrical panels have been installed. In the Student Life Center, the half staircase connecting the library to the student entrance is in place, the library wallboard is being placed, electrical panels have been installed, first floor walls are beginning to be painted, painting in the chapel will soon begin, the arch for the sanctuary is in the process of being constructed and will be installed soon, and the hexagon foyer for the outside of the chapel is beginning to take shape.
March 3, 2024 – A large amount of dirt was removed from the grounds and flooring will begin to be installed in the next month.
