Rev. Thomas Dailey, OSFS

CPI Project Director

Fr. Tom holds the John Cardinal Foley Chair of Homiletics and Social Communications at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary. An elected member of the Academy of Theology, he earned his doctoral degree from the Pontifical Gregorian University (Rome). He has written, edited, or translated ten books and authored more than sixty-five contributions (chapters, articles, review) in a variety of scholarly and pastoral publications. His commentaries have appeared in news outlets and on digital media nationwide. He first professed vows in the religious congregation of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales in 1980 and was ordained to the priesthood in 1987.

Julia Lehman

CPI Project Manager

Julia joined The Catholic Preaching Institute in January 2025 to manage the Institute’s programs, as well as marketing and social communications efforts.  She is a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and attends the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.  Julia has three sisters and a Siberian Husky named Naya.  She enjoys baking, cooking, painting and hiking with Naya in the summer.

With advanced academic degrees in Writing and in Theology, Laura leads the publication efforts of CPI’s weekly Gospel commentary e-newsletter.  She also manages the Institute’s website pages.  Laura lives with her husband Joe in Delaware County where they are parishioners of Saint Thomas the Apostle in Glen Mills.
